CCM Schools Visits
As part of the Coordinating Committee Meeting (CCM) held at the Regional Education Directorate, School visits is the main component, on February 9, 2012. The committee members spread out in groups to visit schools on selective random. The process is meant to be surprising, to observe school’s enrollment, leadership and management, financial management and school policies
Assets management are observed, staff management, school data, curriculum management, work planning and lesson preparation, lesson delivery, facilities, labs, school environment, physical environment, classroom environment, garden, student welfare, external and internal monitoring, and encourage to adopt the best practices using minimum standards developed by the Standards, Quality and Assurance Directorate.The reports are displayed in a PowerPoint presentation, comments and observation are made and the good practices in schools are shared and discuss by the various schools in the CCM.
